Quick tour of BLUPF90

In this chapter, we perform several analyses with simple linear models using BLUPF90. The program creates and solves the mixed model equations. These small examples will provide you some basic ideas on how to prepare a data set, to write a parameter file, and to run the program. Let’s start with this chapter even if you are actually interested in another software or more complicated models.
