Availability

The BLUPF90 family of programs is available on the official website of the Animal Breeding and Genetics Group at the University of Georgia. This website provides the latest versions of the programs. See the following link:

You can download the programs and use them for personal or academic purposes. Some programs are not available online. These programs are provided under a contract with our team. See the official website for details.

The official manual for the program suite is now available on the website. The manual provides detailed descriptions of the available options as well as demonstrations of analyses using various linear models.
