Availability

The BLUPF90 family of programs is available from the official website of the Animal Breeding and Genetics Group at the University of Georgia. This website provides the latest versions of the programs. See the link below:

You can download the programs and use them for personal or academic purposes. Some programs are not publicly available online; they are provided under a contract or agreement with the group. See the official website for details.

The official manual for the program suite is also available on the website. The manual provides detailed descriptions of the available options, as well as examples of analyses using various linear models.
