Practical genomic analysis

In genomic prediction, the results are often affected by the quality control of SNP markers and the tuning of the genomic relationship matrix. The BLUPF90 programs support many options for stabilizing the analysis. The genomic fearures in th eprogram are implemented in a computational module.
